Interview Tips


  • Research about the company.

  • Read the job description carefully and understand the requirements of the role.

  • Prepare and psych yourself well before the interview.


  • Greet the Interviewer/s politely and professionally e.g. a nice smile, a firm handshake

  • Maintain good poise and disposition throughout the interview. 

  • Maintain good eye contact with the Interviewer/s.

  • Answer the questions confidently.

  • Ask questions that shows your interest in the role and the organization.


  • Thank the Interviewer/s politely for their time. 

  • Write an email to express your appreciation for the interview opportunity as well as to follow up on your interview and to show your interest with the position and interest to join the organization.
